The Philodendron Ring of Fire is a rare and vibrant philodendron variety featuring stunning shades of orange, copper, and deep green foliage.
Care Guide:
Light: Prefers bright, indirect light. Too much direct sun can scorch the leaves, while too little light may reduce its vivid orange coloration.
Watering: Allow the top 1–2 inches of soil to dry out between waterings. Avoid overwatering to prevent root rot.
Humidity: Thrives in moderate to high humidity (50%+) but adapts well to standard indoor conditions. A pebble tray or humidifier can boost humidity if needed.
Temperature: Ideal temperatures range from 18–27°C (65–80°F). Avoid cold drafts and temperatures below 10°C (50°F).
Soil & Feeding: Use a well-draining, airy mix (orchid bark, perlite, and peat-based potting soil). Feed with a balanced liquid fertilizer every 4–6 weeks in spring and summer.
Growth Habit: A compact, self-heading philodendron that doesn’t require a moss pole but benefits from occasional pruning to encourage bushy growth.
General Tips: New leaves emerge bright orange and gradually darken to deeper copper or green tones over time. For the best color development, provide plenty of indirect light.
With its bold, fiery foliage and easy-care nature, Philodendron Orange Princess is an excellent statement plant for any tropical plant lover!
