The Adenium obesum, commonly known as the Desert Rose or Woestijnroos, is a spectacular succulent shrub admired for its swollen bonsai-like trunk and showy trumpet-shaped flowers. Native to arid regions, it thrives in sunny conditions and makes a dramatic statement as both a houseplant and patio plant.
