Points & Rewards

log into your account on the website, navigate to the "Earn Points" or "Rewards" section, choose the reward you want to redeem based on your points balance, and it will apply the corresponding discount code at checkout (T&C can be found below)

Points redemption walkthrough

To turn points into a reward, you will need to log into your account on the site. once your Logged in, you need to open the Rewards Panel by clicking, Earn Points At the bottom corner of the Website

Note: If clicking Redeem Points redirects you to your Orders page after login, please try clearing your browser's cookies & cache or use a different browser.

Next, click on Ways to redeem.

Now Click Redeem

To redeem points, you will need to use the points slider to select the amount of point you would like to spend, then click Redeem

Upon clicking redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code with a button to Apply code, which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.

Points Terms & Conditions

  • Points are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • They do not count toward your order total and may exclude you from certain offers if used, including discount codes, social media specials & TT Live promotions.
  • Points are a members-only perk.
  • Purchases made with points are valued at £0 (excluding additional Monies contributed towards purchases).
  • If any issues arise with a points order, we'll do our best to resolve them - but only monies paid amounts are eligible for a refund.
  • Points may expire if unused within 6 months.
  • We reserve the right to pause, change, or withdraw the points scheme at any time. Any changes will be communicated with 7 days' notice via email
