Free Delivery on orders over £75*

We offer free delivery on all orders over £75 for plants and products that fall under our £5.95 shipping profile—this covers about 95% of our stock. However some larger plants require pallet delivery, which will be charged separately at checkout.

Collection

Choose our in-store collection option at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection, Usually 24-48 Hours Followed by the Collection Address. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid ID.

From £3.99 Upto 5 Miles.

Returns

Damaged plants and perishable goods must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. After this time frame, we may be unable to assist. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Plants can be sensitive to significant changes, so minor cosmetic imperfections may be present upon arrival. As living things, they aren’t always 100% perfect.

We do our best to photo plant accurately and will note any blemishes before shipping. However, due to the nature of transit, your plant may need several days or even weeks to acclimate to its new environment before it begins to thrive. This is completely normal and nothing to worry about.

Plant Quarantine Advisory

To maintain the health of your existing plant collection, we strongly advise quarantining any newly acquired plants upon arrival. Isolating new plants for a period of 1-2 weeks allows time to observe for signs of common pests such as fungus gnats, spider mites, mealybugs, and thrips.

This precautionary measure helps to prevent the unintentional spread of pests and supports early detection and treatment, ensuring the continued wellbeing of your indoor garden.
